1 cup Mint
1 Onion, small to medium
1 Potato, large
1/2 cup Tamarind
1 Tomato, small to medium
Condiments
1 tsp Lime juice or lemon juice
1 tsp Lime or lemon juice
1/2 cup Mint coriander chutney
1/2 cup Tamarind dates chutney
Baking & Spices
1 1/2 tsp Red chile powder
1 Salt, black
1 Salt or regular salt, black
1 tsp Salt or rock salt or common salt, black
Nuts & Seeds
1 tsp Cumin, roasted powder
1 tsp Cumin, roasted
Dairy
250 g Curd or yogurt, fresh
Liquids
2 cups Water
Other
1 to 2 teaspoons chaat masala
24 Flat crisp papdis ((puris or flour crispies))
½ cup jaggery ((gur))
½ cup sev (optional)
