My take on a classic, mushrooms and root veggies tossed in poultry seasoning. Braised in red wine.
Ingredients

1 tsp Poultry seasoning

2 cups Baby potatoes
16 oz Carrots
6 Cloves Garlic
10 oz Mushrooms
1 cup Pearl onions, frozen
1/2 Sweet onion
10 Sprigs Thyme, fresh
Canned Goods
1 cup Vegetable broth
Condiments
2 tsp Agave syrup
2 tbsp Vegan butter
Baking & Spices
2 tbsp All purpose flour
1 Salt and pepper
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp Olive oil
Beer, Wine & Liquor
1/2 bottle Red wine
