This Korean Stuffed Peppers were one of the best street foods I had in Mangwon Market, Seoul, Korea- where has lots of real authentic Korean street foods.
Ingredients

1/4 cup Carrot
3 cloves Garlic
1 Green onion
10 Korean peppers or 14 to 16 jalapeno, large
Condiments
2 tbsp Rice vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbsp Soy sauce
Baking & Spices
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Gochugaru
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Sugar
