 Mini Chocolate Soufflé Cups

When your dessert table calls for something a little fancy, fluffy chocolate topped with sea salt is the answer.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams egg white
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • Sea salt
  • Butter
  • 100 grams brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan. Butter the glasses and pour brown sugar to cover the walls.
  2. In a mixing bowl pour the egg white and sugar, beat the egg whites. Add the chocolate and mix the egg whites and chocolate with a spatula.
  3. Place the mixture in a piping bag and pour into the glasses. Smooth the top of the glasses with a spatula before putting them in the oven for 5 minutes at 410°F/210°C. Add cocoa powder, grated dark chocolate and a pinch of salt.
  4. Enjoy!
