Mini Chocolate Soufflé Cups

When your dessert table calls for something a little fancy, fluffy chocolate topped with sea salt is the answer.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams egg white
- 50 grams sugar
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
- Sea salt
- Butter
- 100 grams brown sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan. Butter the glasses and pour brown sugar to cover the walls.
- In a mixing bowl pour the egg white and sugar, beat the egg whites. Add the chocolate and mix the egg whites and chocolate with a spatula.
- Place the mixture in a piping bag and pour into the glasses. Smooth the top of the glasses with a spatula before putting them in the oven for 5 minutes at 410°F/210°C. Add cocoa powder, grated dark chocolate and a pinch of salt.
