Mini Dutch Babies with Lemon Curd and Blueberries

These mini Dutch Baby pancakes are puffy and beautifully golden brown. They're just right for breakfast, brunch or dessert. We filled ours with homemade lemon curd and fresh blueberries.
Ingredients

2 tsp Lemon, zest

1/4 cup Lemon curd, homemade
Baking & Spices
1/2 cup Flour
1 tbsp Granulated sugar
1 Pinch Kosher salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract

4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1/2 cup Milk
