Crispy Sabudana Vada are fritters made with sago, potato and peanuts! These fried vadas are great for snacking or to serve as an appetizer. Vegan & gluten-free.
Ingredients

1 Green chilies
1 Lemon, juice of half
1/4 cup Peanuts, roasted
2 Potatoes, medium

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 cup Sabudana (rinsed and soaked in 1/2 cup water overnight)
