Sesame Crusted Salmon

Just roll salmon in sesame seeds and bake - you'll be amazed how well it sticks! Served over soba and Asian greens with a fabulous Asian dressing. Recipe VIDEO below.
Ingredients
∙ Serves 4
Produce
1 clove Garlic
2 tsp Ginger, fresh
1 Shallots / scallions
Condiments
1 tbsp Mirin
1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
Pasta & Grains
250 g Soba noodles, dried
Baking & Spices
1 Salt and pepper
75 g Sesame seeds, white
2 tsp Sugar
Oils & Vinegars
3 tbsp Rice vinegar
11 1/2 tsp Vegetable or canola oil
Other
2 bunches Baby buk choi (, or other greens of choice (note 3))
4 X 150-200g / 5-7 oz skinless boneless salmon or trout fillets ((note 1))
