Eclairs are one of my favorites. These Strawberry Cheesecake Eclairs take that favorite and make it even more sinfully indulgent and decadent. You will not miss the chocolate with this version!
Ingredients
∙ Makes 16 Eclairs

1 tsp Orange, fresh zest
1 1/2 cups Strawberries, fresh or frozen
8 Strawberries
Refrigerated
4 Egg, large
Baking & Spices
3/4 cup All-purpose flour
33 tsp Granulated sugar
1 Powdered sugar
3/8 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract

6 cut into pieces 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, unsalted
