Vegan One Pot Mushroom Tetrazzini

My vegan take on the classic Tetrazzini dish. Creamy noodles, mushrooms and peas. One pot then baked with bread crumbs on top!

1/2 cup Peas, Frozen
Refrigerated
1 cup Almond milk or other non dairy milk

3 cup Vegetable broth

1/4 cup Vegan butter

10 oz Spaghetti
Baking & Spices
1/4 cup All purpose flour
2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
1 Salt and pepper
