Quick and easy healthy shrimp stir fry that is made with lots of vegetables, shrimp, and a simple homemade sauce in 30 minutes or less.
Ingredients
∙ Serves 4-6
Seafood
1 lb Shrimp, medium raw
Produce
2 cups Broccoli florets
5 cloves Garlic
4 oz Mushrooms
1 Red bell pepper
Condiments
1/3 cup Soy sauce, good quality
Pasta & Grains
1 Brown or white rice, hot cooked
Baking & Spices
2 tbsp Corn starch
2 tbsp Honey or brown sugar
Oils & Vinegars
1 tbsp Butter or oil
1 tsp Canola
2 tbsp Rice vinegar or white vinegar
Liquids
2/3 cup Chicken broth or water
Other
4 Carrots peeled and sliced thinly on the diagonal
